China Tailor Journeys is a private, high-end travel design service operated by Chengdu Yuanqi Panda Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The organisation responsible for your personal information (the “data controller”) is Chengdu Yuanqi Panda Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the brand name China Tailor Journeys.

We handle personal information under China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Where your own law gives you stronger rights — including the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA — we honour them too.

We collect what you type into our enquiry form: name, email, preferred contact channel and contact ID, your travel interests and your message. We also keep basic technical data in our server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and Google Ads to measure our own advertising performance — nothing else. If your browser sends a “do not track” signal, our analytics does not load at all.

Only to reply to you and to design your journey. Your enquiry is seen by the tailor who answers you and, where needed, the operations team that books your access. Health or accessibility details you choose to share are treated as sensitive and used only with your consent.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer (tax and accounting records are kept as the law requires).
